Is there really a free trial?

Yes — every new account gets a full 30-day free trial on any plan, with all features unlocked. No credit card is needed to start. After 30 days, choose a plan that suits your business or contact us to discuss your needs.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can move up from Free to Starter, or from Starter to Premium, at any time. Downgrades take effect from the start of the next billing cycle. Just reach out to our team on WhatsApp or email and we'll sort it out for you.

How many products or transactions can I add?

On Starter and Premium there are no limits — add as many products, categories, customers, suppliers, and transactions as your business needs. The Free plan is capped at 20 active products, 300 sale invoices and 30 quotations per month.

Is my business data secure and separate from other companies?

Absolutely. Each company's data is fully isolated — other companies cannot see your data at all. We run automatic daily cloud backups, and Premium subscribers can also export their data at any time.

Do you offer training for my staff?

Yes! Every new account gets free setup assistance and staff training sessions included at no extra cost. We are also available on WhatsApp for ongoing day-to-day support.
